Chart Recovery for EDCare is handled onsite here at Alleghany Memorial Hospital. We process all documentation completed by physicians for patients evaluated in the emergency room. After documentation is completed, it is sent to the billing facility for billing.
We also are accountable for chart recovery of past account reconciliations and hospitalist documentation of inpatients assessed by edcare physicians.
