Alleghany Memorial Hospital Patient Accounts Department consists of insurance filing and collections. Operated by a caring and courteous staff we strive to provide quality financial services for Alleghany County and the surrounding communities. Patient Accounts is located in the McKnight Building directly across from the hospital.

For your convenience, Alleghany Memorial Hospital accepts payments via cash, check, credit card, and debit cards. Payments may be made at the Alleghany Memorial Hospital main lobby from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Payments may be made at the Emergency Department Registration Desk at any other time.
