Emergency Department Clinical Secretary PRN Provides clinical secretarial support in the Emergency Department. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Handles telephone traffic, maintains ED log book, prepares patient discharge instructions under the supervision of the ED physician, nurse or tech, does physician order entry, copies records for patient transfer, enters patient charges maintains a neat and organized environment at the nurse’s station.
Physical Therapy Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN Responsible for the activities in assisting patients in regaining or retaining their highest functional level considering their physical abilities and disabilities; observes established policies, procedure standards, and objectives for the treatment of patients.Licensed to perform the duties of Occupational Therapist Assistant in the State of North Carolina
Physical Therapy Occupational Therapist Part Time Evaluates patient upon initial encounter to assess impairment and current condition to estimate rehabilitation potential. Plans occupational therapy treatment program for each patient, based on the assessment, including training in functional mobility, use of assistive devices, ADLs, and modalities. Licensed to perform the duties of Occupational Therapist in the State of North Carolina
Emergency Department Registered Nurse PRN RN accomplished in primary assessment, effective triage, direct observation, specialized nursing care and attention to individual patient needs based on nursing processes including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is responsible for delegation and supervision of personnel participating in provision of care ensuring patient needs and expected outcomes are met. Scheduled as needed.
